What Causes Pain In Chest While Deep Breathing In A Child?

Hi my son fell from a swing today after school and he landed on his back. Now is complaining of pain on his chest when he talks and breaths deeply. I don t know is I should take him to the emergency room or if it can wait till tomorrow? Can you help me ??

The symptoms mentioned in your history suggest that your son is suffering from severe chest infection mostly. For treatment you can give him some antibiotic preferably cefixime-cv or moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with some decongestants like syrup wikoryl or syrup no-cold. You can go for x-ray chest to see what is wrong with him. You can give him syrup ambrodil-s or syrup gerifen-sr. If still any problem you can take him to the doctor.
