What Causes Pain In Chest While Having Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea?

In addition to stomach cramps and diarrhea, I am having chest pains when I lay in bed. The pain is predominantly in (or under) my collarbone and only occurs when I am laying down. The pain is so great that it prohibits me from sleeping. I have had diarrhea for the last ~48 hours and, in addition to the chest pains, I have been unable to sleep for more than 45 minutes at a time.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

A gastrointestinal disorder is likely with more emphasis to be paid to a possible peptic ulcer. I would recommend the initiation of syrup sucralfate to be taken thrice a day before meals, drink plenty of water, take an antacid when required, avoid smoking alcohol fatty food spicy food fried food and stress.

Visit a doctor for an upper GI endoscopy.

Best wishes
