What Causes Pain In Chest?

hi doc,,had my chest pain since 1 year left sided had ugi scopy last may 2014 9 months back had moderate gastritis with mild oesophagitis h.pylori positive slight hiatus hernia,,takin ppi since then, due to fear of chest pain had complete cardio check up 9 months back ecg echo and stress tmt was normal my bp is around average of 135/85 since then took ecg 5 time since then due to pain last in jan 16 last month all ecg were normal sugar level normal cholestrol ldl and hdl normal tgl around 290 but still have pain on left side of chest pricking sometimes pilling type ..pain in middle of chest just left to strnemu,,sometime left to nipple sometime below shoulder,,sometime over ribs left side straight 4cm below axilla have bloating sensation with burping of gas all day not a smoker or alcoholic wat to do ,,should i need a appointment with cardiologist again or with gastro

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of pain chest, bloating sensation and burping of gas is suggestive of regurgitation of gastric contents into the esophagus and thus the symptoms.
Its good that you have had complete cardiac check up and any cardiac ailment is ruled out.
There is a previous history of H. pylori positive gastritis and H. pylori is an important cause of gastritis.
H. pylori eradication therapy should be taken.
PPI is one component of H.pylori eradication therapy and additional antibiotics are present in the eradication therapy.
I suggest you to consult your gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and prescription of H. pylori eradication therapy if not taken previously.
