Hi, my brother may have an endochroma in his chest bone. In fact the diagnosis is not quite sure and we are afraid to make another radiography check because we think it might be dangerous. He does not usually have pain but he is a bit overweight and now he is doing a diet to loose weight. But he started to complain that he has pain in his chest. Can there be any possible correlation between two? Thank you!
He started dieting, it may cause gastritis and chest pain. Maybe, chest pain originates from something in ribs like any disease. So, CT scan is a good option, and also primary investigation is an x-ray.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
