What Causes Pain In Chest?

Hi, I'm 43 years old, male, I've a little pain in my chest right side, recently I had fever without flu symptoms, my doctor asked me to do blood test.
Here are the test results, I've mentioned just those ones that are out of normal range:
SGOT: 78, SGPT 136, Uric Acid: 10.3, ESR: 43, CRP 1+positive, WBC: 12400
Would you please give me some information concerning these data?

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have mentioned.
Your WBC count and CRP are high. These suggests bacterial infection. Right sided chest pain, fever with these reports are more suggestive of lung infection (pneumonia).
Pneumonia can sometimes cause hepatitis and show elevated liver enzymes.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and chest x ray.
You will need antibiotic, mucolytic and expectorant drugs. Liver protective drugs like livsafe and liv 52 are also beneficial.
Don't worry, you will be alright and all reports will come down to normal in 1 week.
