What Causes Pain In Chest,body And Neck Despite Taking Lamitor And Fluvoxin?

For last six years i was being taking quitipin sr 300mg arpit 15mg ventab dxt 50 mg.from last six mnth dosage as been reduced to 150mg quitipin sr,arpit 15mg,ventab dxt 25 mg daily onces. Recently i was getting pain like in heart,migrane,body pains,unbalancing body like falling, when i consult physician.he advised to see psychiatrist. when we went doctor,he told me due to low dosage some prblm was getting arising.he prescribed quitinpin sr400 mg,arpit-20mg,fluvoxcin cr-100mg,lamitor dt-50mg,daily onces apart from this he has rivotril0.5 mg tobe used for 10 days. After this medicine for 10 days.i was still suffering pain in heart,body pain,neck pains,even like falling body continuing. pls suggest me.
