What Causes Pain In Chest,hip And Frequent Urination?

I have been suffering with chest pains for several months, but no breathing difficulties when I go running (which I do twice a week - 8 miles in total) so I assume its not a heart problem. However, I also have quite a strong pain in my right hip, particularly when driving and have a rather over-active bladder. I urinate rather frequently (typically every 1-2 hours during the day) and always have to finish off urinating by standing up after having had a poo which makes me concerned about the size/state of my prostate.
