What Causes Pain In Clitoris While Urinating?

My clitorious started hurting when i went for a pee about 4 days ago. I had started my period 4 days before that too. The pain went but came back this morning, it was only when i pee d the pain would happen but today the pain keeps coming and going. Ive also been feeling it throb every now and again. Please help.
