What Causes Pain In Collar Bone And Tenderness In Abdomen And Ribs?

i am female 18 years old, have had bone pain in collar bone for two years now, it has gotten worse latley and is now the pain is also in my chest like breast bone. my upper abdomin an ribs have been extremly tender as well, I also have asthma. The pain worsens at night! i have just recently started to feel nausus and am always tired. have had xrays and bone scans two years ago and that was it...any clues, or other test that may help out?
