What Causes Pain In Ear And Eye With Yellowish Discharge From Ear?

On going symptoms in adult female have been pain behind right eye, with discharge. Severe head ache in temple/ear/eye area, all on right side only. Yellow discharge from right ear. Now experiancing high stomache pains. Had tick bite right side scalpe, took meds for lymes for one month. Any ideas would be very appreciated! Thank, from her concerned husband.

I have gone through the medical history of your beloved wife and understood your concern. Pain behind right eye, severe headache in temple/ear/eye area on right side associated with yellow discharge from right ear is suggestive of purulent otitis (infection of outer or inner ear). A good ENT examination is highly recommended. She might need prescription antibiotics orally and prescription ear drop preparations locally. However, ENT specialist is the only one who can prescribe them after a good examination. Get her checked as soon as possible to prevent severe side effects.
