What Causes Pain In Ear Unresolved On Medications?

Sir, i have a problem in my right ear. I feel as if someone is giving me electric shocks in my right ear. And my head turns over. It lasts for about 8-9 seconds. After that I feel slight pain in my right ear. I consulted one doctor and he told me that some wax has settled in my eardrum. He said that I have some problems in my right nostril due to which I am suffering from this. He suggested me following medicine: Stugil, predmet, Nexpro RD 40, Anti AL, Diconal.
But after 14 days of treatment, I had the same feeling in my right ear as stated above.
