General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I believe that you are congested and this can make you have pain while trying to blow nose. You may need to take decongestants such pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine to reduce congestion. Rinse nose with saline solution.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
