Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy. You may take calcium tablet's once a day for one month. Use neck support while sleeping.

Physical exercise may strengthen the neck muscles. If symptoms not improved please consult with your neurophysician he will examine and advice MRI spine to rule out disc degeneration or compression.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
