What Causes Pain In Elbow And Tingly Sensation In Fingers?

I hurt my elbow 7 months ago. I have had an MRI, xray, and a nerve test done and they can t figure anything out. I have pain right in the ulnar nerve where you hit your funny bone that does not go away. When I feel around to try and message it it feels like a tight ball. I also have tingly feelings in my pinky and ring finger. My elbow also is sore all around and I am tired of being in pain. What possible issues may I have??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think this seems related to nerve compression in the elbow which can be causing these symptoms. You may need to do another MRI to check for nerve compression. You may need to take antiinflammatory drugs for pain. Corticosteroid injections can also be used to reduce inflammation. If nothing works, surgery may be considered also.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
