What Causes Pain In Elbows, Upper Arms And Shoulders?

hi, my mother in her late sixties has severe pain, initially in her wrists hans (6 weeks ago), now these pains are in her elbows,upper arms and shoulders. all blood tests are clear. i feel that as both arms,wrists are hurting,then the issue is in neck,spine area. ???
