What Causes Pain In Eye After 5 Weeks Of Lasik Surgery?
Dear Doctor,
I had lasik surgery 8 weeks ago (23rd Feb 2011) in india. I didn't have any pain on my left eye for the first two weeks. but now i am having pain for last 5 weeks. I checked with doctor. he mentioned that i had more cylindrical power so they had to do interior steepening and thats taking more time. Also he mentioned that there is a corneal irregularity OS which might be cured normal healing response/lubricating drops. is this correct information? How long would i have to wait with this problem?

You can use refresh tear eye drop. wait for sometime for pain to settle down.In my opinion you can take specs for residual defect. however you can take advise of other experienced eye specialist having experience in refractive surgery
