The underneath of my feet are very painful especially in mornings or after sitting down. It started with pain in heels on and off throughout the day but now when I first get out of bed or up from a sitting position it s really painful to take the first step. I have had to start using a walking stick to try and ease the pain. Is there anything I can do before I go to my GP?
After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that you can take vitamin D supplements and calcium for next 15 days and try not stand for long. Try loosing weight if you are obese.
Hopefully this information will guide you properly.
