Hello and welcome to HCM,
Difficulty in squating and inconvenience while standing from squating position is suggestive of joint problem.
Knee joint is commonly affected in degenerative joint conditions like osteoarthritis.
Osteoarthritis is a common an age related disorder, however, there are other joint related problems also.
Pain in the feet may also be due to joint problem.
However, a clinical assessment of the feet and knees along with relevant investigations is required to diagnose the condition and thus treat it.

Thanks and take care
