What Causes Pain In Feet While Getting Out Of Bed?

My feet ache all the time especially when I get out of bed in the morning, I can hardly stand up. What type of shoes, sneakers are the best to wear? Why do I have such a problem. 5'9", 150 lbs

I have a l4-l5 herniated disc that acts up once in a while. I also have glaucoma and on eye gtts, santura for an OAB.
