What Causes Pain In Finger Joints And Knee With Cracking Sound?

have joint pain.. specifically in my knees.. finger joints... everytime i move i hear a crack... its very recent... i have been walking alot too.. i also notice that i have gained so much weight in a short time... fatigue most of the time. I also have lower back pain too...
