What Causes Pain In Fingers And Toes And Numbness On Hands And Feet?

I frequently get pain in my fingers and toes to the extent that it feels like someone is applying thumb screws to the lunula area. Am not a diabetic altho I do get numbness hands & feet (have reynaud's). Your thoughts please! Primary said to ask cardiologist. Cardiologist said to ask primary.
