Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in fingers, palm, toes, feeling of warmth during summer can be due to allergy to some exogenous agent.
Since, the symptoms are episodic and occur during summer only, I suggest you to consult a pulmonologist for clinical assessment, investigations and thus management.
Uric acid is slightly elevated and SGPT is also slightly elevated.
Elevated levels of uric acid and SGPT is not indicative of any disease process but these parameters should be regularly followed up.

Thanks and take care
