What Causes Pain In Fingers Which Go Stiff?

Pain in my thumb or fingers which goes stiff and straight and takes a few moments to go back to normal. At night I will get a cramp in my foot or upper leg that wakes me and I need to get up and walk around until the pain stops, this happen 6 times last night. I m 74 years old in what I consider excellent health.

Hi,

In such a case, you can take cap. Gynae C.V.P along with the Progesteron pills as advised. Till bleeding stops and then consult your gynecologist for adjusting the pills cyclically to get it normal.
