I have pain in my foot. between the the arch and heel. If you looked at a reflexology foot it is where your colon or intestines are. What could it be?? It comes and goes but it is really bad right now. Last time I had it I made an appt with the podiatrist but when my appt came I wasn t having pain so I cancelled it.

Hi welcome to him
I understand query and concern.
Your symptoms are related to ischemia due to inadequate blood supply that can be secondary to diabetes.Get your blood pressure, blood sugar, serum electrolytes,Serum creatinine,2d Echo immediately to confirm the diagnosis or else it may lead to gangrenous changes thereby endangering life. Also get a chest x ray and CT chest to look for any pulmonary embolism.Monitor your blood pressure, heart rate, sugar levels regularly.Anti hypertensives like Telma and Metformin will be helpful.Report to your doctor immediately if you have symptoms like cold foot, pulselessness, burning pain etc.Wear foot wear daily.Consult your doctor for expert management.
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
