Hello, I am a junior in high school and I am a left handed softball pitcher. Last night I had a game and in the 2nd inning I got this horrible pain in my left forearm, kind of around my bone. I have iced it and It still hurts really bad, it feels like a stabbing pain. It hurts to write and grip things. The pain shoots up from about half way up my forearm to my pinky. Do you have any idea what this could be?
