What Causes Pain In Front Of The Forehead When Laughing?

I get really bad pain in the front of my forehead when I laugh, I have to try and stop, as it can make me feel dizzy and sometimes lose my balance. I've had this for quite a few years, and feel that it could be getting worse.

Any ideas?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
pain in forehead can be due to sinusitis / refractory error of eyes.. causing eye strain/ psychological stress. Laughing changes the blood flow to the part causing more head ache.
Some times problems of frontal lobe of brain problems need to be excluded by EEG/ Ct scan, MRI.
* You have it for past few years & are experiencing it to be increasing.& is accompanied by giddiness.. This alarms you to get a full flagged check up by ophthalmologist/ ENT doctor/ neurophysician.. get the exact cause & specific treatment for basic cause.. rather than getting satisfied by on the counter pain pills.
Thanks.
Thanks.
