What Causes Pain In Groin And Leg?

Hi, Ive got sij pain from a fall carring a 40kg object, Ive treated it with manipulation, intensive physio, core stability, pilaties, accupunture, accupressure. Im now getting pain in my groin and down my leg. Im now not able to walk long distances. Ive had an MRI and it didnt show up much. have you go any advice please
