What Causes Pain In Groin Area And Imbalance?

I HAVE PAIN - SOMEWHAT LIKE I EXCERCISED TOO MUCH BUT BELEIVE I HAVE NOT EXCERCISED AT ALL. THE PAIN IS IN MY GROIN AND I AM FINDING IT DIFFICULT TO WALK, NOT BECAUSE OF THE PAIN BUT BECAUSE IT IS LIKE MY BRAIN AND MY LEGS ARE NOT COMMUNICATING AND I STUMBLE .

Apply warm compresses.
Take proper rest.
Take tablet trmadol for pain.
Consult doctor for x ray.
