What Causes Pain In Groin During Pregnancy?

I am 35 weeks pregnant. For the last month, on and off I ve been getting sharp pains around my groin and into my high inner thigh, almost like I bruised it. But today it got so sharp that I couldn t walk or stand. Then when I sit down, I get dull back pain and cramping. And when I lay down too long, my hips become numb.. She s extremely low and moving around in my groin area when she does move though. But I can t stand or lay down for long periods because of the sharp pain and numbing.what can I do?

Hello
Welcome here.
The pain which you have mentioned in pregnancy is due to lax pelvic ligaments and widening of pelvis.
You can tie crepe bandage around your thighs and lower abdomen. This will support the area and might help you pain.
Avoid painkillers as far as possible.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
