What Causes Pain In Groin, Hip And Lower Back Post Intercourse?
i get very bad pain in my groin, hip and lower back on my right side ONLY after sex or masterbation. i have been for a cat scan and a ultrasound of the testicles and the only thing that they could come up with was that i may have a blocked sperm tube which may have been caused by my urologist when he did a scraping in my bladder to test for cancer. The test came back negative but the above-mentioned problem started from then. Naproxen takes the pain away but it takes 6 hours before i get relief. I am 74 years old and have had a TUna (not a Turp) that was not succesful and 6 months after that during a systo s nodules were found in my bladder one was benign and the other was mlignant
* I suspect possible scarring at the ejaculatory duct which can be related to TUNA or biopsy procedure ; basic pathology of malignancy extending into nearby structures or else.
* It is best recommended to evaluate the tissue details with MRI findings and get the further guidelines accordingly.
