What Causes Pain In Head And Discomfort In Ears?

In the evening I spent a few minutes with my head down and I started to suddenly feel very strong pain in front left part of my head, perpendicular on the left eye, pain feels like an knife cut or like someting is breaking, also I feel discomfort in the ear, teeth and left eyes, and sensation in the mouth sour. The same happened two months ago during an airplane flight! I ask if it is an urgent problem or not? Thank you!

The symptoms u r having . It may be one these two conditions .
1 temporal arteritis
2 cluster headache.
U r giving the history on onset pain after a period of head down position wjich leads to unilateral left sided headache along with pain in jaw . It indicates towards temporal arteritis . If you are an elderly one it might posiible u r having these condition.
But if u r young and male and the pain persist for 30 mins to 2 hrs and it relieve on just rest it can be caused by started by consumption of alcohol.it is cluster headache.
Treatment .......
If temporal arteritis ........ a course of oral steroids after temporal artery biopsy with a tapering course .

If cluster headache lifestyle modifocation proper oxygenated area of work and living and a ccb called verapamil as a prophylaxis.
