Hi,

Though a head injury doesn't seem to be responsible for the hair loss unless you had scalp laceration or wound. These symptoms might be because of underlying stress, vitamin deficiency and prolonged screen time. Getting MRI scan of brain and neck may not be a bad idea. Please visit a doctor for proper evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
