What Causes Pain In Head Traveling Through Whole Body?

HI, I have been headaches for a week straight and today I starting having the shaking and I feel like the pain from my head is traveling through my whole body. I can't remember what I did earlier today and I have been sleeping a lot. Should I go to the doctors?

The headache could be due to anxiety and depression, better to have some rest try to keep the stress level very low, for safe side clinical examination may required because blood pressure and other clinical findings could differentiate the condition,, for headache Tab Acetaminophen can be taken, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
