What Causes Pain In Head While Bending Or Jumping?

Im having pain in my head when bending over or jumping also if i push on the base of my skull. Ive had this for a couple years , it usually goes away after a few days then randomly comes back a couple months later. I also have a throbbing sound in my right ear that comes and goes, could this all be related to something?

I really appreciate your concern, such sign and symptoms could be due to sinusitis and infection need to be ruled out, drink more water, have some steam inhalation too, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
