What Causes Pain In Head While Laughing And Twinging Under Breast?
Hi I have been having this pain in my head when I laugh or have a bowel movement on and off for some time now, but now it is lasting longer than a seconds. I have been told by my doctor that it could be my blood pressure or the medication for my blood pressure, so they change the medication but I am still having the pain. Now I have been experiencing a slight twinging pain under my left breast that only last for a few seconds, should I be worried.
As per my clinical experience, the headache during bowel movement or laughing seems in concern with more likely to be relevant to underlying anxiety manifestation.
If the blood pressure is well controlled with the medication, following measures will help you: - Drink more liquids - Prefer high fiber diet and avoid constipation If required use bulk forming laxative - Do regular walking in fresh air, aerobics, deep breathing exercises and YOGA play very vital role - Analgesic with acetaminophen as per the need - Relaxation techniques and diverting mind from similar thoughts are key to best recovery
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
