What Causes Pain In Heart After Eating?

My son who is 23 says his heart hurts after eating, he is in college and I think he is under stress but he says no...what could this be? He did go to a doctor in Madison but I was wondering if we should get a second opinion. His hands also went dumb and he had a night of throwing up. Thank you
