What Causes Pain In Hip Along With Swollen Lymph Node In Inguinal Area?
I ran 6 miles yesterday as I m training for a 1/2. Up until this point, I ve only run a handful of times and not more than 4 miles. When I trained a couple years ago I had horrible right hip flexor pain. I ve noticed a lymph node in the inguinal area and more popped up on the same side as my hip pain yesterday after my run along with hip pain so bad I can t walk. The nodes are painful. Could this, possibly be inflammation?
