What Causes Pain In Hip And Arch Of Foot Along With Inflammation In Buttocks?

I am having pain in front hip, inflammation and muscle pain of quad and foot pain in the arch. I have had laminectomy on L4/L5 15 years ago and have arthritis in my back, and inflammation in my back hips/buttocks on and off. This pain is new and in a different area. I do yoga regularly and am in good health and weight.
