What Causes Pain In Hip And Leg With Inability To Bear Weight?

I was diagnosed with fibromygia a few years ago. Pain persists in the tops and bottoms of both feet, around both knees, both hips and both shoulders as well as along the spine. My jaw occasionally does not line upon biting until after a few chewing motions. My knee joints especially crack frequently. I went along with the fibromyalgia diagnosis until I was dancing the other night; my hip cracked followed by severe pain in the hip area and down the outside of the leg. I had full range of motion of the hip, but unable to weight bear. I have gradually been able to weight bear on the leg, but limp due to pain. The hip area has now a bruised appearance after 3 days and no external injury. Any ideas?
