What Causes Pain In Hip And Lower Back?

I went to the park around 2 hours ago and I was on the monkey bars, swing etc. then I walked back home and took a shower then my hip and lower back started aching and it felt weird when I moved it. It has now been around an hour since the pain started and it still hurts. What is this? I m also on my period but I don t think it s a cramp.

Hi,
Welcome to the HCM.
These symptoms could be because of urinary tract infection or just because of tiredness or sitting in bad position.
I would suggest if the pain is bothersome, you may have pain killer tablet for a while and if pain increases in intensity or you get fever and other associated symptoms then get a routine urine test and hip Xray done and discuss with the physician.
Hopefully my answer will be helpfull.
Regards.
