What Causes Pain In Hip/ankle/shoulder While On Medication For Hyperthyroidism?

Hi, I have recently been prescribed Carbimazole for hyperthyroidism. For a few days now I have had severe pain, first in my hip, then my ankle, up to my shoulder and finally in my knee, This is debilitating and limits my movements, I can't get off the sofa or out of bed without help.
