Hello , i just recently started yoga and physical exercise , wich involves alot of hip movement and streacthing , wich i have not done before . Becuase of this ive noticed some unusual pain in my hip joint like air bubbles or like i need to pop my hip joint .i can pop my hip and i do to try and releive my pain but it never seems to work to a full extent and the pain will come back within the minute , this does only happen with stretching and excersize but since i havent experienced this pain in my hip before, i am concered . Is this concerning or a normal problem ?
