What Causes Pain In Hip Joint With Tingling In Feet?

I am 23 years old. I have played soccer my whole life but have not for the past year or so. I have had hip and SI joint pain on the right side for about three years now, but for the past five days the bottom of my foot (mainly the balls of my feet and my toes) have been slightly numb and tingling. Also, I am now unable to do a calf raise with this leg. Any ideas what is wrong or what kind of doctor I should see?
