What Causes Pain In Hip Joints And Coccyx After An Injury?

I fell on my backside last week full force and landed on my backside-----presently I have pain in my coccyx,and hip joints every morning when I arise plus I believe I experienced a type of whiplash in my cervical region. Could you please inform me what damage I may have done especially experiencing more pain each day a week after the fall? T hank you

Hello,

I think you may be having a fracture of the cocygeal bone which is causing pinched nerves and pain. Please do an X-ray of the cocygeal bone and hips.
