What Causes Pain In Hips In Case Of Unequal Legs Length?

Hi, i'm 34 years old. I am experiencing alot of pain in both hips and back, mainly the right hip is most painful. After seeing a consultant and having a MRI of my hips I have been told that there is damage to my hips and gave me an injection in to the right one. My right leg is at least 1 inche shorter, and my right knee points inwards and my foot out. I have very restricted movement in my hip. There is also a query as to whether my thigh bone is twisted although I am waiting for confirmation. I was told that I have flat feet and my spine curves forwards. Are these all related?
