What Causes Pain In Hysterectomy Scar While Bending Down?
i have a pain on the lower left side. it is right where the scar from my hysterectomy from about 20 years ago is. it started a few months ago and only happens when i bend down or bend over when i am sitting. it doesn t happen every time, and goes away after a few minutes when i stand up straight. it feels like something is twisting.

If there is a shearing force at the surgical site.
Nothing much to worry and no definitive treatment is required either.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
