What Causes Pain In Inner Arm?

Hi, I play goalie in Hockey. About 4 days ago I made a glove save by bringing my arm down quickly to the side of my leg. It seemed as if my arm hit a ton of bricks. There was incredible pain in the inner arm where the bicep meets the middle of the inner arm.
I have iced the area and taken Advil. There is now bruising in this area.
Can you give me a diagnosis and an approximate healing timeline?
