What Causes Pain In Inner Calves And Bruise On Outer Thigh?

My left leg on my inner calves have been hurting for about three to four days. Now I have this hickey like red velvet color and it s about 10cm long like bruises too. It s on the outer side of my thigh. It s hurts kinda tingly sensation feeling when you push down on it.

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be evaluated, as for painful calf ultrasound Doppler for any signs of thormbus or any signs of vasculitis or bakers cyst should be done. However, the rash can be part of any systemic vasculitis like HSP etc., so baseline autoimmune work up as well as rheumatologist review may be needed.
