What Causes Pain In Inner Vaginal Lips?

my inner lips of my vagina hurt me i had uti and i been wiping my self alot i think that it might be from wiping myself more often and when i wipe my self with paper toilet it hurts so i use baby wipes doesnt hurt as much what could it be that i have can you help me out
