What Causes Pain In Jaw, Headache, Swelling In Leg And Blue Feet?

About 6 hours ago I got a severe pain in my jaw, actually thought it was a toothache, but then started having chest pains about 10/15 min later then my head hurt real bad. Over an hour it subsided but my legs are swollen real bad and when I was putting lotion on my legs just now I noticed the bottoms of my feet are a dark blue and not normal. Should I be concerned?
